About Maria

She is an enthusiastic trainer, coach, facilitator and presenter using her life experiences to make learning real and pragmatic. She uses the latest research material to back up her experiences with proven concepts and models to develop people leadership potentials using an all-embracing coaching style.
Her career history embraces working for the financial sector, utilities, container shipping and airline business. She had roles being senior finance and customer service manager, an internal consultant, Director of Learning, Head of Programmes and Director of Study of Leadership portfolio which gives Maria the practical focus in her development work.
